January 1, 2009A visit to the ER is always a great way to start of a year!
While building a set of shelves in the basement I managed to drop a large metal shelf on my head. It really hurt, but the scary part was that the shelf hit the top of the back of my head, and within a minute my nose started bleeding. It bled for almost an hour! It was pretty scary.
