Nicholas and I cleaned h
is room this afternoon. We put his bed up on its rails (it was resting on the floor because he wasn't quite ready to climb up that high...) and we moved it to a new spot in his room (yes I know, I have a problem, I can't leave furniture in the same place very long... but none of the other beds can move right now, and Nicholas was so excited about accomodating my need for change!)
He had a great time chilling on his new bed and playing his brother's old Leapster. He is really getting to be such a big boy!
Bonus Picture: Jonathan's school has a program called Watch Dogs, which is for Dads (and other male role models) to be more involved in the school community. Our school has a very high percentage of families without a father in the home, and this program is supposed to help put positive male role models in thier path. Jonathan was so excited to have his Dad there! There is a special bulletin board that they put pictures up on. I forgot to give Dion a Camera to take with him... but they were gracious enough to send us a copy of the photo they took for the wall. Jonathan and his class get to walk past this bulletin board together a few times a week, he is excited to see his picture up there!
