Jonathan really wants his tooth out. We have tried helping him to do it himself, we have tried pulling it with our fingers, we even tried string. The adult tooth has already broken the surface, and it is so wiggly... so we brought out the big guns tonight to help him get it out.
A few notes:
1. Dion cleaned it really well before it went in Jonathan's mouth.
2. We always stop if he says it hurts (which is probably why it is still in his mouth).
3. The tooth is still in his mouth. You can do a lot of things wtih that tool you see there, but one of them is not taking a tooth out of Jonathan's mouth!

ReplyDeletethis is the stuff you only hear about...in the "my brother's friend's uncle's girlfriend's kid" type scenario...
The real Gramps, my dad never went to the dentist in his whole life and once solved a toothache problem with a similar pair of pliers plus a screwdriver. Us Montanans are tough. Dad also once got a fish hook caught in one of his fingers which he solved by cutting off the end of his finger, or maybe his dad did that.
