We have a lot of icicles this year. I don't know why it seems like we have so much more than last year. We have a lot of snow on our roof and are worried about ice jams. We borrowed a friends roof rake, and I used a ladder and climbed up, and we worked on clearing the worst of the snow.

I kind of miss the pretty icicles... but I am not as worried now about a dog or a child having one impale them!
