This weekend is the Winter Festival in Madison, they cover the streets around the capital with snow. There is tubing, and cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing, and snowboarding. It is truly a time to celebrate winter... but the clean up is serious. This picture is actually from tomorrow, when they were cleaning up, but I thought it was a great image of what it takes to have a festival like this in a city! Maybe next year we will actually make it to see the festival before clean up.
