February 9th, 2010Today Nicholas had to stay home from school because he barfed last night. He seemed fine this morning and kept his breakfast down, so he came to school with me. He hung out in my office, toured the building and came to class. He got to do a little demonstration for the class too! What a trooper.
Half way through class Dion came to get him and take him home (his classes were over for the day). Nicholas was kind of excited to go home and play, but was kind of involved in Joyce's lecture... she was talking about all the different kinds of things we call books and had just put up a Mad magazine. As she was lecturing (and showing the different kinds of books) he was answering her questions. "that's a board book mom." "that's a mommy book." "thats a book about a dog." What a cutie.
