When we decided to get rid of the HUGE evergreen in our front yard we knew we would replace it with a new tree. We decided on a serviceberry. They are pretty, ornamental and have edible fruit. We finally picked up our tree, but I couldn't decide where to put it. I took pictures of it in several places in our yard, and emailed our two favorites out to some friends. The overwhelming vote was for this location in front of Nicholas's window.
