May 4th, 2010I took this photo as I was flying home (finally) to Madison. I love this view because it really makes it clear what exactly the Isthmus is (it is the narrow neck of land between the two lakes), and why there are so many traffic, snow removal, and other problems in Madison. Both the Capital and the University are on that little neck.... talk about a bottleneck!
