June 30th, 2010Tonight my mom took me to Billy Elliot. It was really fantastic. It was the first time in 10 years that I have gone to the show where I didn't know the entire plot in advance and wasn't already familiar with the music... and I have to say I prefer that. I spent the whole time engaged in the story wondering what would happen next, instead of tracking where we are and what is coming, and which parts I am excited about that haven't happened yet.... Thanks Mom.
