February 23rd, 2009We had another great day with Nana today. We spent time visiting with her this morning, and had lunch together at the Garden Cafe at the Health Center. After lunch we took a break and went back to have a rest at the hotel and went swimming, then enjoyed dinner with Nana in her Dining room at the Nunnenkamp. It has been a great visit, we are all sad to go home tomorrow (but know that we will be back soon, and are already planning our trip out for her 100th birthday in November).
This morning Jonathan wanted to go and pick some flowers to take to Nana. I try to discourage them from picking other people's flowers, so we went to try to find some flowers at a store. We found these fabric flowers instead, that Nana loved because she can attach them to her walker, and not only can she enjoy them, but everyone else who sees her walking around can see them! And, as an added bonus, they won't die!
