Still no progress on the potty front.  But, bribery worked well with Jonathan, so here goes.  Every time Nicholas either uses the potty or sits on it for at least 3 minutes (based on the use of the handy pampered chef timer), he gets to blow bubbles for a minute (which he loves).  Then if he uses the toilet he gets a sticker on the Little Einsteins toy.  When the toy has 10 stickers on it, he gets it.
