Bradbury's is something special about Madison. When we first moved here I read a review of the wonderful crepes they serve. I put it on my list of things to do while we live here. I finally went for the first time this past semester (it is a very convienient stop on my way home from campus). Today I took the family. What is special about Bradbury's is not just that the crepes are good, but that they use local ingredients where possible. You can always tell what is fresh at the farmer's market this week by what is on the savory side of the menu! Nicholas played it safe with nutella and strawberries, but Jonathan was very adveturesome, with rainbow chard, chevre, eggs, garlic scapes and sausage. He loved it! (No big surprise, so did Nicholas... but who wouldn't love a nutella and strawberry crepe?)
(Dion and I both had beef, eggs, and rainbow chard, wich was good as well!)
