Before I leave town again tomorrow to go to the ICLS Conference in Chicago, I thought I would take a photo of my garden. The plants sure are getting big... most of them aren't ready to harvest yet, but it has been fun to watch them progress. The boys will have to check them for me while I am gone, and hopefully we will have some stuff to eat during the two days I am back before we go to Costa Rica. If not, Mark will be enjoying some vegetables while we are gone!
Your garden looks great! I wish I had started mine earlier this year. What did you plant?
ReplyDeleteHmm, lets see, what didn't I plant...
ReplyDeleteI have tomatoes, beans, peas, summer squash, winter squash, potatoes, onions, garlic, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, strawberries (but they are in thier root year.. so we are looking forward to next year), green, red, yellow and jalepeno peppers, brussel sprouts, oregano, mint, cilantro, basil, and sage. I had beds ready for carrots and parsnips but somehow they never made it into the ground, I am debating whether or not it is worth thowing the seeds in at this point... everytime I decide to do it though it rains... maybe when I am home for a few days next weeked!
